– Please note that due to the Covid pandemic, most classes are currently offered online, on Zoom – but if you have never done an online yoga class before, you’ll be surprised at how nice it is to practice in the comfort of your own home!
Your first class is free, and then it’s $10 per class.
If money is tight at the moment, I will gladly waive your class fee. Now, more than ever, everyone needs to practice self-care to keep body and mind resilient and healthy.
